1. Daily Breakfast.
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD
30 nett/pax/day

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by
us 20 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received
less than 20 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax &
service charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from 15th July to 31st August and
from 15th December to 15th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the
booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of
arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account

No refund
will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the
reservation made. |
